Our Family Support Service is dedicated to empowering parents to create a nurturing and structured environment for their children. We understand the challenges families face and are committed to providing practical support and guidance to improve family dynamics and overall well-being.

What We Do:

• Implementing Routines and Boundaries: We assist parents in establishing effective routines and boundaries to promote a stable and supportive home environment for their children.

• Practical Support: Our team offers practical assistance with financial management and home organisation, helping families navigate everyday challenges. 

• Trained and Supportive Staff: Our staff are trained to understand and respond to the unique needs and wishes of each family, providing personalised support and guidance. 

• Signposting to Relevant Services: We ensure families have access to the services they need, including housing support, mental health resources, and assessments for ASD/ADHD. We offer guidance to parents completing relevant paperwork for assessments, and will attend multidisciplinary meeting to support parents in having their views heard.

• One-to-One Support for Children: We offer one-to-one support for children through our outreach programme, providing individualised attention and care. 

• Intensive Family Support Programmes: We work in partnership with social workers to facilitate intensive family support programmes, designed to address complex family needs and promote positive outcomes.
