Elaine has worked as a care assistant in Ardmonagh for 19yrs this year.
Elaine pregressed to Team Leader in 2018 and then Care Manager in 2025.
Throughout this time Ardmonagh has supported Elaine to complete her level 2 and 3 in Health and Social care and most recently a level 5 health and social care Leadership and management
