We are proud to welcome Dr Michelle Templeton, a local from the Whiterock area, as our new CEO. Michelle is now returning to her roots to lead and make a lasting impact in the community sector. She brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for advancing human rights and citizen participation, in health and social care policy and practice initiatives.
A chartered psychologist, with a strong academic background from Queen’s University Belfast, Michelle has worked with many prestigious organisations such as the UN, Council of Europe, EU, government departments and various charitable and community organisations, advocating for the inclusion and rights of marginalised groups.
Her work has garnered numerous awards and international recognition, and we are thrilled to have someone of her calibre lead us forward. Her strategic vision is clear: to expand and enhance our services and practices, bringing much-needed health and social care support directly into the community where it is needed most.
We look forward to a bright future under her leadership, and we are confident that her experience and commitment will be invaluable as we continue to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.
