Welcome to our Children’s Residential Home, where we provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children aged 5-11. Our commitment is to foster their development during these crucial early years of life, over a dedicated period of two years.

What We Do:

• Advocating for Children’s Rights: We are committed to promoting and advocating for the rights of children as outlined in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC). We ensure that the child’s voice is heard and respected in all aspects of their care.
• CARE Model and TCI Framework: Our team is guided by the CARE model from Cornell University and the Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) framework to inform our daily practices. These evidence-based approaches ensure that our care is consistent, therapeutic, and responsive to each child’s needs.
• Safe and Nurturing Environment: Our home is designed to be a warm and welcoming space where children feel safe and valued. We provide a stable environment that encourages positive relationships and personal growth.
• Individualized Care Plans: Each child receives a personalized care plan tailored to their unique needs and circumstances, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational growth.
• Highly Trained Staff: Our staff are highly trained and dedicated professionals who are committed to supporting the holistic development of each child. They receive ongoing training to stay updated with the best practices in child care and development.
